For us to act on it, your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• The copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The material you say infringes it, and the address of the page where it appears.
• Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

When we receive a complete notice, we remove the material or disable access to it promptly, and we tell the person who submitted it where we can reach them.

If you submitted the material and believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent. It must include your signature, the material that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly submit material that infringes someone else’s copyright. Our Terms of Service describe what you confirm when you submit a photo.
