I read everything and reply to what I can, usually within a few days.
If a product's score or label looks wrong, you can also flag it in Ketzal, our iPhone app: tap Disagree With This Score? on its page, or send up to three photos of its label. A person reviews every submission before it changes anything, and the app shows where yours stands.
